Deleting your account / data export

Export conversation data and permanently delete your account.

  1. Export conversations from the dashboard as JSON or CSV before deletion.
  2. To delete your account, follow steps at /account-deletion.
  3. We delete account data within 30 days; backups may retain data up to 90 days.
  4. Enterprise customers can request a DPA-governed data return via legal@callmissed.com.
