Credits, plans, refunds, and how usage is metered.

  1. CallMissed uses a credit system — you prepay credits and usage deducts per API call.
  2. LLM, STT, TTS, and voice sessions each have published rates on the Pricing page.
  3. Plan tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) set rate limits and feature access.
  4. Refunds follow our Refund Policy — unused credits on annual plans may be eligible.
