Overview

Inworld STT 1 is Inworld's streaming speech recognizer and its only speech-to-text model. On CallMissed it runs inside voice agents and voice sessions only, and it hears English (en, en-US).

It is the lowest-priced streaming recognizer on the voice-agent list, which suits high-volume English lines where cost matters more than language coverage. It does not end turns itself, so the agent uses the standard turn detection.

For any other language choose assemblyai-universal-3.6-pro, saaras:v4 or deepgram-nova-3. For recorded audio use a file-transcription model: this one is streaming-only.
