What you will do
- Tune voice agent configs — prompts, tool calling, escalation rules
- Validate provider parameters against upstream API docs for third-party model providers
- Instrument latency and token usage for voice session analytics
- Build eval fixtures for Hindi, Tamil, and Hinglish code-switching
What we look for
- Python or TypeScript proficiency
- Curiosity about LLMs, speech APIs, and prompt design
- Careful about edge cases — disconnects, partial transcripts, rate limits
Also useful, not required
WebRTC, LiveKit, or audio processing background
