Encryption at rest and in transit, tenant isolation, access controls, and incident response aligned with DPDPA and CERT-In expectations. Operational detail is shared with enterprise customers under NDA — not on public pages.

Production infrastructure runs on Microsoft Azure in India (Central India). Encrypted backups for production data are maintained within India.
Compliance
Designed for DPDPA 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025 (consent, notice, grievance redressal, breach notification). Also aligned with IT Act 2000, consumer protection rules, RBI payment framework, and applicable telecom regulations. We are not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified; we describe our controls as "designed to meet" these frameworks rather than independently certified. Enterprise customers can request our DPA and security documentation.
