Data residency in India

Production infrastructure runs on Microsoft Azure in India (Central India). Encrypted backups for production data are maintained within India.

Compliance

Designed for DPDPA 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025 (consent, notice, grievance redressal, breach notification). Also aligned with IT Act 2000, consumer protection rules, RBI payment framework, and applicable telecom regulations. Enterprise customers can request our DPA.
