Traditional customer support software (Zendesk, Freshdesk) is English-first, per-seat-priced, and assumes your customer is patient enough to email. WhatsApp tools (Wati, AiSensy) give you the pipes but no real AI. Call centers (Exotel, Ozonetel) handle the phone but not the chat.
